Last updated: 16 October 2026. This page explains what we collect on this site and why. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
When you join the early-bird list, we collect your email address, your first name if you give it, your consent tick, whether you ticked the optional pre-order interest box, and a campaign tag showing which page version you signed up on.
We use it only to send you updates about the Well Kept Paper planner launch and the early-bird offer. We don't sell your details or use them for anything else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we remove you promptly (Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007).
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you sign up, your details are sent by our form service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), to our email inbox. Both may process data outside New Zealand, including in the United States. If we later move the list to an email service, we'll update this page.
We may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel to measure whether our ads lead to signups. If it's enabled, it records page visits and a "Lead" event when you sign up, and Meta may set cookies. We don't send your email address to Meta. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings or block third-party cookies in your browser. Pixel status: not enabled.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing jj@watchwork.au. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the planner launch campaign ends, whichever comes first.
